 The main steps of the cold bending process of steel materials:

• Material preparation

• Cold bending processing

• Inspection and finishing
  Quality inspection: Perform quality inspection on the products after cold bending, including shape, size and surface quality. Check whether it meets the design requirements and standards.
  Finishing: If problems are found, such as inaccurate bending angles, surface defects, etc., finishing is required, such as re-cold bending or surface treatment.

• Surface treatment
  According to the requirements of the product, the steel after cold bending is surface treated, such as spraying, sandblasting, electroplating, etc., to improve the corrosion resistance and aesthetics of the product.

• Storage and transportation
  Packaging: Properly package the cold-bent steel to prevent damage during storage and transportation.
