What are the classifications of elevator shaft brackets?

Elevator shaft brackets are used to fix various parts of the elevator, including guide rails, cables, counterweights, etc., to ensure the safe and stable operation of the elevator system in the shaft. According to the material, purpose and installation method, elevator shaft brackets can be divided into the following types:

1. Fixed bracket: used to fix elevator guide rails or other components, usually made of steel structure or cast iron, cannot be adjusted after installation, and is suitable for occasions with relatively standard shaft structures.

It can absorb vibrations in the shaft, protect the stable operation of the elevator system, and reduce equipment damage caused by earthquakes or vibrations.

4. Multifunctional bracket: It integrates multiple uses and can fix multiple elevator components at the same time, such as guide rails, cables and counterweight systems. This type of bracket can save shaft space and simplify installation steps, and is often used in modern elevator systems.

5. Welded bracket: It is installed on the shaft wall through welding process and is often used in heavy or industrial elevators. This type of bracket has high strength and bearing capacity, and is suitable for scenes with large elevator system loads.

6. Bolt-fixed bracket: It is connected to the shaft wall through bolts, and is relatively easy to install and disassemble. It is suitable for the shaft system of small and medium-sized elevators.
