The advantages of aluminum alloy anodizing process are mainly reflected in the following aspects:

  •  Enhanced corrosion resistance: After anodizing treatment, a dense oxide film will be formed on the surface of the aluminum alloy, which can effectively prevent the aluminum metal from reacting with oxygen in the air, thereby significantly improving the corrosion resistance of the aluminum alloy. This artificial oxide film is uniform and dense, and its corrosion resistance is superior to that of the naturally formed oxide film.
