Elevator fixed bracket
According to its function and installation location, we divide the types into the following parts:
1. Guide rail bracket: used to fix and support the elevator guide rail to ensure the straightness and stability of the guide rail. Common ones are U-shaped brackets and angle steel brackets.
2. Car bracket: used to support and fix the elevator car to ensure the stability of the car during operation. Including bottom bracket and top bracket.
3. Door bracket: used to fix the elevator door system to ensure smooth opening and closing of the elevator door. Including floor door bracket and car door bracket.
4. Buffer bracket: installed at the bottom of the elevator shaft, used to support and fix the buffer to ensure the safe parking of the elevator in an emergency.
5. Counterweight bracket: used to fix the elevator counterweight block to maintain the balanced operation of the elevator.
6. Speed limiter bracket: used to fix the elevator speed limiter device to ensure that the elevator can brake safely when overspeeding.

A1: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy or provide you better solutions. Please send us pictures or drafts with dimensions (Thickness, Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed order.
