Design: According to the needs and requirements of the customer, the designer will draw the corresponding sheet metal structure diagram and determine the required parameters such as shape, size and hole position.
Material preparation: According to the design drawings, purchase the required metal sheets from suppliers. When selecting materials, you need to consider the material, thickness and size of the sheet to ensure that it meets the design requirements.
Cutting: Use a cutting machine or other equipment to cut the metal sheet into the corresponding shape according to the size and shape on the design drawing. This step requires ensuring the accuracy of cutting and the smoothness of the edges.
Bending: Put the cut metal sheet into the bending machine and bend the sheet into the shape required by the design through the machine. The angle and curve of the bending need to be precisely controlled to meet the design requirements.
Punching: According to the hole position and number on the design drawing, use a punching machine or other equipment to punch holes on the metal plate. The position and size of the punching holes need to be accurate.
