Types of stamping

  •  Single punching: A type of stamping that is processed in a single pass on a punching machine. It is suitable for small workpieces, has high production efficiency, and can quickly process the required shape. It is widely used in the manufacture of various small parts and components.
  • Continuous punching: A type of stamping that is processed multiple times on a punching machine. It can continuously process multiple identical or different workpieces on the same metal plate, greatly improving production efficiency. It is suitable for mass production of workpieces of the same or similar shapes.
  • Compound punching: A workpiece needs to go through multiple strokes, and each stroke will add, bend or remove part of the material on the workpiece. It is suitable for manufacturing workpieces with more complex shapes, such as automotive components, home appliance parts, etc.
  • Blanking: Use a die to separate materials to form workpieces of a certain shape and size. Suitable for cutting holes, notches, etc. of various shapes.
